Event security requires people who can read an environment as well as follow a plan. Personnel need the judgement to recognise when intervention is necessary and when a calm, discreet presence is the better response.

Personnel deployed by IJM Praesidium are appropriately licensed for their role, vetted and insured, with relevant training and medical capability. Additional personnel are selected according to the venue, guest profile and nature of the assignment rather than simply availability.

Where the requirement calls for additional capabilities, personnel may also bring relevant experience or specialist training including close protection, surveillance, behavioural observation and other supporting disciplines.
